By way of this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs:

- a. Why the auction/tender by the opp. parties 1 to 4 and settlement with the opp. party no.6 as highest bidder will not be declare illegal and arbitrary and,

- b. Why the personal responsibility of the opp. party no.5 will not be fixed in case of failure of opp. party no.6 to take the public money fixed for the 5(five) years and

- c. Alternatively why the opp. party no.2 and 5 will not be directed to keep security or bank guarantee from the opp. party no.5 to secure payment of Rs.60,00,000/- in lawful manner.

- d. Why the opp. party no.1 to 4 will not be directed to follow the circular vide annexure-1 for fair opportunity to the petitioner in fare price and also in a fair manner, and if the opposite parties do not show-cause then the rule be made absolute by issuing appropriate writ or direction and any other order as deem fit be passed.”
