- 05.11.2019 This is an application for extension of time granted by this court in order dtd.23.7.2019.
While disposing the appeal we have enhanced the quantum of permanent alimony awarded by learned Judge, Family Court, Cuttack from Rs.50,000/- to Rs.1,00,000/-. The respondent counsel submits that some more time may be granted to comply the order.
Accordingly, it is directed that the aforesaid order be complied by the respondent within 45 days hence. No further time will be granted.
The I.A. is disposed of accordingly.
