Counsel for both parties submit that the award may be enhanced to a further consolidated sum of Rs.1,50,000/-(One lakh fifty thousand).
In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the parties, the insurer shall pay an amount of Rs.1,50,000/-(One lakh fifty thousand) consolidated to the claimants within a period of two months from today.
Mr.Bhol, learned Advocate submits that the
award amount has already been deposited.
The appeal is disposed of.
