8 18.1.2019 Heard Mr. Khan, learned counsel for the appellant and Mr.Mishra, learned counsel for the respondent nos.1 and 2.
Learned advocates for the parties submit that the amount awarded by the Commissioner for Employee’s Compensation-cum-Asst. Labour Commissioner, Jajpur Road, Jajpur in E.C Case No.230 of 2014 may be reduced from Rs.6,79,140/- to Rs.5,30,000/- (rupees five lakhs thirty thousand).
In view of the above, the amount awarded by the Commissioner is reduced from Rs.6,79,140/- to Rs.5,30,000/- (rupees five lakhs thirty thousand). Out of the said amount, Rs.5,30,000/- (rupees five lakhs thirty thousand) with proportionate accrued interest shall be disbursed in favour of the claimants on proper identification. Rest of the amount with proportionate accrued interest shall be disbursed in favour of the Insurance Company.
