It is submitted by the learned counsel for the appellant that there is no contact with the client since long and he has also no instruction in the matter. In absence of which, this Court is unable to proceed with the matter.
Accordingly, this First Appeal stands dismissed. However, liberty is granted to the appellant that in the event, he has any interest in the matter, he may file appropriate application for revival of the appeal.
