By the said order, the court below on going through the averments made in the complaint petition filed by the opposite party as the complainant and the statements of the witnesses has taken cognizance of offence under section 138 of the N.I.Act.
None appears for the petitioner when this revision of the year 2008, which has not yet been admitted, is called.
In the above state of affair, the revision stands dismissed.
The interim order passed on 24.01.2018 does no more survive.
The order be communicated to the court below forthwith for further onwards action in accordance with law at its level.
