Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to the serious ailment of the petitioner and prolonged treatment, despite the period extension granted by order dated 18.11.2019 in I.A. No. 916 of 2019, the petitioner having not been able to arrange the entire amount; he has not been able to comply the order. It is his submission that this petitioner is the sole earning member of the family and now is not in a position to get any financial help from his friends and relatives. He further submits that good amount of money having been spent after treatment, this situation has arisen. It is submitted taking this as a special case that further time be given to the petitioner to comply with the order.
Considering the submissions made, treating it as a special case, the petitioner is granted two months further time to deposit the amount as has been directed by order dated 26.07.2019 passed in CRLREV No. 1014 of 2019. It is further clarified that any such similar move if so made in future shall not be entertained.
The I.A. is accordingly disposed of.
