In this application under section 482 Cr.P.C., the petitioners Sisir Kumar Patra @ Santosh @ Ch.Sisir Kumar Patra and Kalia Nayak have challenged the impugned order dated 08.07.2016 passed by the learned Sessions Judgecum- Special Judge, Ganjam, Berhampur in G.R.Case No. 71 of 2015 (N) in taking cognizance of the offences under sections 20(b)(ii)(C) of the N.D.P.S. Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this application in order to raise all the points taken in this application at the time of framing of charge by filing a discharge petition.
In view of such submission, this CRLMC is disposed of as withdrawn.
