Learned counsel for the petitioner files a memo in Court today to withdraw this CRLMC and as such, the certified copy of the impugned order under Annexure-1 be returned. The same be kept on record.
On consideration of the same, the CRLMC is dismissed as withdrawn.
The certified copy of the impugned order under Annexure-1 be returned on substitution of a photocopy duly attested by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
