This is an application for modification of the order dated 09.03.2019.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the T.R. Case No.93 of 2018 which arises out of Kendrapara Town P.S. Case No.178 of 2018 is pending in the Court of learned Special Judge -cum- Sessions Judge, Kendrapara but inadvertently, in the cause title as well as in the body of petition, it has been mentioned as Addl. Sessions Judge, Kendrapara and therefore, the same has been mentioned in the order dated 09.03.2019 and it may be modified accordingly.
Learned counsel for the State has no objection to such prayer.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the respective parties, in the order dated 09.03.2019, wherever it is mentioned as “Addl. Sessions Judge, Kendrapara”, the same shall be read as “Sessions Judge, Kendrapara”. The rest part of the order dated 09.03.2019 shall remain unaltered.
The I.A. is disposed of.
