Upon hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and on going through the petition averments, prayer for restoration of CRLREV No.603 of 2018 is allowed subject to the petitioner depositing a sum of Rs.1,80,000/- (rupees one lakh eight thousand only) within a period of four weeks from today before the learned J.M.F.C., Cuttack in connection with D.V.M.C. No.194 of 2016 (Tr. No.1355/2016). The deposit being made, the amount shall be kept in an interest bearing fixed deposit account in any nationalized bank.
The CRLMA is disposed of accordingly.
