It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner after availing the interim bail period as per order dated 24.04.2019 has not surrendered before the Court below.
Since the petitioner has flouted the terms and conditions of the interim bail order, I am not inclined to entertain the bail application.
Accordingly, the BLAPL stands rejected.
The learned trial Court shall take appropriate steps for arrest of the petitioner and intimate the Court after the arrest of the petitioner.
