Heard, the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.
Considering the facts and submissions made, especially the fact that the petitioner is ready and willing to deposit a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees one lakh), this Court directs that in the event of arrest of the petitioner in connection with the aforesaid case, he be released on bail by the Officer effecting arrest on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper including the condition that without prejudice to his defence, he shall deposit a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees one lakh) in shape of F.D.R. in his name in long term interest bearing account in any Nationalized Bank and handover the same to the police, which shall be freezed thereafter by the police, but disposal of the aforesaid amount shall be subject to the order passed by the court in conclusion of the case including the payment of compensation, if any and shall cooperate with the investigation.
The ABLAPL is, accordingly, disposed of being
allowed.
