Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that inadvertently, in the petition the name of the court has been wrongly mentioned as “J.M.F.C., Digapahandi” instead of “Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Berhampur” and he may be permitted to correct the same and consequently, the order dated 12.04.2019 may be modified accordingly.
In that view of the matter, learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to correct the same in Court today and consequently, office to carry out necessary correction in the order dated 12.04.2019.
The I.A. is disposed of accordingly.
Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
