As it is stated by the learned counsel for the State that no F.I.R. has been registered against the petitioner, the prayer made in this bail application by the petitioner for pre-arrest bail apprehending his arrest is misconceived.
Hence, this ABLAPL stands dismissed.
However, the petitioner is at liberty to approach this Court, if any substantial apprehension arises in future in connection with the alleged incident.
