This is an application under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in connection with Nischintakoili P.S. Case No. 73 of 2019 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 513 of 2019, pending in the Court of learned J.M.F.C., Salipur for alleged commission of offences under section 457/354/354-A/323/506 of the Indian Penal Code.
Perused the F.I.R. allegations it reveals that while the victim was sleeping in a room the petitioner entered through the window and outraged her modesty. Considering the nature and gravity of the offence, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail stands rejected.
