Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State.
The petitioners are stated to have filed a representation vide Annexure-1 before the Collector, Cuttack for removal of mud from the village tank.
Taking into consideration the facts and submission and without going into the merit of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing the Collector, Cuttack - Opposite Party No.3 to dispose of the representation of the petitioners vide Annexure-1 within eight weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
The petitioners are directed to supply a copy of the writ petition containing all the annexures to the Collector, Cuttack -Opposite Party No.3 along with a certified copy of this order for convenience and reference to Annexure-1.
Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per
rules.
