04. 07.12.2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
By way of this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for a direction to the Opposite Parties more particularly to the opposite party No.6 to dispose his Original Application bearing O.A. No.2331 (C) of 2012 pending before the Odisha Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack within a stipulated time.
Considering the limited nature of grievance and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to make an application before the opposite party-Tribunal and if such an application is filed, the Tribunal shall dispose of the said application in accordance with law within a period of four months from the date of receipt of such application along with the order and fix a date of hearing as per its schedule.
Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
