The petitioner at present is functioning as Assistant Teacher in Madrasa Rizivia Habibia, Malatira. The grievance of the petitioner is that his service has not been approved. He is also not getting salary.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that liberty may be granted to the petitioner to file a representation before the Director, Secondary Education, Odisha, opposite party no.2.
Considering the innocuous prayer, this Court disposes of the petition with a direction to the petitioner to file a representation before opposite party no.2 within two weeks from today ventilating his grievance. In the event such a representation is filed, opposite party no.2 shall do well to dispose of the same within a period of three months thereafter in accordance with law.
