The petitioner has filed this petition praying for a direction to the opposite parties 2 and 3 to release the differential arrear salary extending the benefit of 1st and 2nd assured career progression scheme with effect from 15.10.2002 and 15.10.2012 calculating the period of 15/25 years of service from the date of appointment with the grade pay of Rs.1750/- within a stipulated time.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed a representation to the Director Secondary Education, Odisha, opposite party 2, ventilating his grievance. He further submits that a direction may be issued to the opposite party no.2 to dispose of the representation.
Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court disposes of the writ petition with a direction to the Director Secondary Education, Odisha, opposite party 2, to dispose of the representation, vide Annexure-5, within a period of three months from the date of production of a certified copy of the order.
