The State Administrative Tribunal under the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985 has jurisdiction to decide the issue involved. But then, this Court issued notice to opposite parties and they have filed counter.
In view of the same, the Registrar (Judicial) is directed to transmit the matter to the learned Tribunal. Learned Tribunal is requested to dispose of the petition at an early date keeping in view the age of the petitioner.
