In this writ application, the sole prayer of the petitioner is for a direction to the
Presiding Officer, State Education Tribunal, Bhubaneswar to dispose of G.I.A. case No.487 of 2
014 within a stipulated period.
Considering the limited nature of prayer made and without expressing any opinion on th
e merits of the case, this Court directs the Presiding Officer, State Education Tribunal, Bhub
aneswar to make an endeavour to dispose of the above noted G.I.A. case within a period of eigh
t months in accordance with law without disturbing his Board.
The writ application is accordingly disposed of.
