The petitioner has prayed, inter alia, to settle the Government land in his favour. The case of the petitioner is that he is in possession of the Government land since the time of his father.
No mandamus can be issued to the
Government to settle the Government land in favour of the petitioner. It is open to the petitioner to approach the authority to settle the Government land in accordance with law.
The petition is disposed of.
