The petitioners have filed this writ petition seeking for a direction to opposite partyno.1 to sanction and disburse the admitted arrear remuneration along with other financial benefit due to the institution amounting to Rs.5,46,000/- in favour of the petitioners’ institution and further seeks for a direction to opposite party no.1 to consider the representation filed by the petitioners under Annexure-3 within a reasonable time.
Considering the limited grievance of the petitioners, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court disposes of the writ petition directing opposite party no.1 to take a decision on the representation filed by the petitioners vide Annexure-3 and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy this order.
Issue urgent certified copy as per Rules.
