02. 20.08.2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
By way of this writ petition, the petitioner has challenged the short re-tender call notice dated 21.5.2018 issued by the Superintendent, Sub-Jail, Titilagarh.
Learned counsel for the petitioner stated that the petitioner has filed a representation dated 12.7.2018 (Annexure-3) in this regard before the Additional D.G. of Police-cum-I.G. Prisons & D.C.S., Odisha, Bhubaneswar-opposite party no.1, which according to the petitioner, is pending consideration.
Considering the limited nature of grievance and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing the Additional D.G. of Police-cum-I.G. Prisons & D.C.S., Odisha, Bhubaneswar-opposite party no.1 to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 12.07.2018 (Annexure-3), as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order after following due procedure of law.
Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
