Petitioners in this writ petition assail the order dated 5.5.1979 passed by the Orissa Estate Abolition Tribunal, Dhenkanal in O.E.A. Misc. Case No. 87D of 1976 wherein the Tribunal in the impugned order declared the properties as trust estate as per Section 2(oo) of the Orissa Estates Abolition Act, 1951.
In course of hearing learned counsel for the petitioners seek permission of the Court for withdrawal of the writ petition. To that effect he has filed a memo in Court today. The same be kept on record.
Accordingly the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
