Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that even though the prayer for mutation of the land in question in favour of the petitioner has been allowed by a detail order passed in Mutation Case No.5210 of 2017, there has not been any further progress in the matter of correction of the record of right under intimation to the concerned Revenue Inspector and issuance of the said corrected record of right to the petitioner and that is to the suffering of the petitioner being not able to deal with his property in such manner as he likes.
Learned counsel for the State submits that if there remains no such other legal impediment on the part of the Tahasildar, Bhubaneswar (opposite party no.3), rest of the exercises pursuant to the order passed in Mutation Case No.5210 of 2017 would be taken up and completed within a reasonable time.
Considering the submissions made and keeping in view the limited nature of prayer as is now advanced, the writ application is disposed of with a direction to the Tahasidlar, Bhubaneswar (opposite party no.3) to take all effective steps for completion of all such further exercises pursuant to the order dated 05.04.2018 passed in Mutation Case No.5210 of 2017 as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of three months from the date of production of the certified copy unless there stands any such legal impediment.
