In spite of repeated directions and specific noting at the top of the list and direction to the counsels for last few weeks, no written note of submission has been prepared in this matter, for which, this Court is unable to take up this matter for hearing.
Accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to file a restoration petition along with written note of submission.
