Standing Counsel for School and Mass Education Department, and perused the record.
The petitioner, by means of this review petition, seeks to quash order dated 14.02.2007
passed in W.P.(C) No. 1737 of 2007, which was filed by opposite party no.1. By the said order,
this Court directed the State opposite parties to take a decision, within a period of three m
onths from the date of its communication, on release of grant-in-aid in favour of opposite par
ty no.1. The review petitioner, admittedly, was not a party to the said writ petition and as s
uch she has no locus standi to maintain this review petition.
The review petition is accordingly dismissed.
