The petitioner files this application seeking direction to the opposite parties for regularization of his services and for grant of financial benefits as due and admissible in accordance with law.
Mr. S.Patnaik, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that earlier the petitioner had approached this Court by filing OJC No. 1745 of 1995, which was disposed of on 04.04.1997 with the direction to regularize the services of the petitioner. However, during pendency of this writ application, the petitioner exercised option for voluntary retirement and already got benefits under the Voluntary Retirement Scheme.
In the above view of the matter, nothing remains to be decided in this writ petition, which accordingly stands disposed of.
In any case, if the petitioner has got any further grievance, he shall be at liberty to approach the appropriate forum for redressal of the same.
