Mr.S.K.Samal, learned counsel for the School and Mass Education Departent has submitted that the grievance of the petitioner has already been rejected by the authority, against which he has approached before the Tribunal challenging the said order.
In view thereof, learned counsel representing the petitioner has sought for withdrawal of the writ petition.
