This is an application for setting aside / modify the condition imposed by order dated 08.11.2011 passed by the learned J.M.F.C., Buguda in G.R. Case No. 298 of 2012 which releasing the petitioner on bail.
Considering the submission made and on going through the petition averments as well as the order dated 08.11.2011, further viewing the factum of lapse of about more than six years by now, since the order as aforesaid, the application stands dismissed.
