Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for opposite party.
“It appears that in the above writ petition, the petitioner and 20 others were the petitioners. As the same matter, in the above writ petition, has already been disposed of by this Court, without going into the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to make a representation to opposite party no.3 enclosing all the required documents and the certified copy of this order within a period of four weeks from today. In such event, the opposite party no.3 shall do well to take a decision on the representation of the petitioner similarly to the decision taken for 20 others within a period of three months from the date of filing of the representation after providing reasonable opportunity of being heard to the petitioner.”

representation has been disposed of and ground of not equalizing the present petitioner along with 20 others have been wellventilated in the order of this Court, therefore, no contempt lies.
Hence, the CONTC petition is dropped.
