Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that these petitioners have nothing to do with the alleged commission of the principal offence and they, being the relations of the principal offender, namely, Satyaban Garada, have been arraigned in this case alleging some incidents to have taken place at a later stage. In view of this, he urges for grant of bail to the petitioners.
Learned State Counsel opposes the move.
Considering the submissions and viewing the nature of accusations against the petitioners as well as other surrounding circumstances, it is directed that in the event petitioners surrender before the court in seisin of the case in connection with Laxmipur P.S. Case No.54 of 2018 corresponding to G.R. Case No.171 of 2018 on the file of learned J.M.F.C., Laxmipur within two weeks hence and move for their release on bail, they shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as would be deemed just and proper by the said court.
