the same is made absolute, in other words, the same be treated as release of the petitioner on pre-arrest bail in exercise of power under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. by this Court. Otherwise, if the petitioner has not availed of the said interim order, in the event of his arrest in connection with the aforesaid case, he shall be released on bail on his furnishing a bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (rupees twenty thousand) with two solvent sureties each for the like amount including the condition that he shall cooperate with the investigation. Furthermore, if in the meantime charge-sheet has already been submitted and the petitioner has also not availed of the interim order of this Court, then the petitioner may surrender before the Court in seisin over the matter within four weeks hence and makes a motion for bail and he shall be allowed to be released on bail by the Court concerned on his furnishing a bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (rupees twenty thousand) with two solvent sureties each for the like amount including the condition that he shall cooperate with the investigation.
