Perused the copy of the O.R. attached to the ABLAPL petition.
Considered the materials placed by learned counsel for the parties.
Taking into consideration the facts and submissions, factum of permanent residence of the petitioner and nature of allegation against him, it is directed that the petitioner shall surrender before the learned J.M.F.C., Barbil, in 2(b)C.C. No.7 of 2012 corresponding to P.R. Case No.17 of 2011 within 15 days from reopening of the Court after the ensuing Summer vacation. In the event of his surrender and motion for bail, the petitioner shall be allowed to go on bail by the learned J.M.F.C., Barbil on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper.
The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules.
