This is an application U/S. 438 Cr. P.C.
Perused the copy of the F.I.R. attached to the ABLAPL petition.
Considered the materials placed by learned counsel for the parties.
Taking into consideration the facts and submissions, factum of permanent residence of the petitioner, it is directed that the petitioner shall be released on bail, in the event of his arrest by the Arresting Officer, on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper in connection with G.R. Case No.411 of 2018 corresponding to Nandankanan P.S. Case No.38 of 2018 including the following conditions :-
(I) The petitioner shall appear before the I.O. twice in a week on the day and time fixed by the I.O. for the purpose of investigation till commencement of trial.
(II) He shall not involve himself in similar or any other offence during the currency of this Order.
The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules.
