This is an application under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for anticipatory bail.
Perused the copy of the F.I.R attached to the ABLAPL petition.
Considered the materials placed by learned counsel for the parties.
Taking into consideration the facts and submissions, factum of permanent residence of the petitioners and nature of allegation, it is directed that each of the petitioners shall be released on bail by the Arresting Officer in the event of their arrest, on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper, in connection with Loisingha P.S. Case No.54 of 2018 corresponding to G.R. Case No.52 of 2018 pending in the Court of learned J.M.F.C., Loisingha.
The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
