- 26.4.2018 This is an application for modification/ correction of order dated 17.4.2018.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the bail application the description of case number has been wrongly given as ‘G.R. Case No.3113 of 2017’ instead of ‘Spl. G.R. Case No.23 of 2018. Similarly, the description of court has been wrongly reflected as ‘S.D.J.M., Sambalpur’ instead of ‘2nd Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Sambalpur’. Accordingly, a prayer is made to permit the petitioner to correct the same.
Considering the submission made, learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to correct the description of court and the case number given in the bail application in Court today.
In Paragraph-2 of order dated 17.4.2018, the description of court given as ‘S.D.J.M., Sambalpur’ be corrected as ‘2nd Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Sambalpur’ and the case number given as ‘G.R. Case No.3113 of 2017’ be corrected as ‘Spl.G.R. Case No.23 of 2018’.
I.A. is accordingly disposed of.
