Considered the materials placed by learned counsel for the parties.
Taking into consideration the facts and submissions, nature of allegations against the petitioner and factum of his permanent residence, it is directed that, the petitioner shall surrender before the learned J.M.F.C., Banpur, in connection with 1.C.C. Case No.22 of 2018 by the end of second week of January, 2019. In the event of his surrender and motion for bail within the aforesaid period, the petitioner shall be allowed to go on bail by the learned J.M.F.C., Banpur, on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper.
The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
