This application has been filed by the informant of Nayapalli P.S. Case No. 0030 of 2017 corresponding to C.T. Case No. 372 of 2017 registered for alleged commission of offence under sections 498(A)/506/34 IPC read with section 4 of D.P.Act on the file of learned S.D.J.M., Bhubaneswar for modification of the order dated 01.05.2018 passed in ABLAPL No. 2475 of 2017.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.
Considering the submissions made and on going through the petition averments as well as the order in question, I am not inclined to entertain this application so as to modify the order dated 01.05.2018 as has been prayed for.
The I.A. is accordingly dismissed.
