Considering the submissions made and keeping in view the nature of allegations made against the petitioners, it is directed that in the event the petitioners surrender before the learned JMFC, Betnoti in G.R. Case No. 475 of 2014, arising out of Baisingha P.S. Case No. 178 of 2014, within four weeks hence and move for bail, they shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as the learned Magistrate may deem just and proper.
The ABLAPL is disposed of.
