Considering the submissions made and keeping in view the nature of allegations made against the petitioner, it is directed that in the event the petitioner surrenders before the learned S.D.J.M., Dhenkanal in G.R. Case No. 1123 of 2017 within four weeks hence and moves for bail, he shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as the learned Court below may deem just and proper.
