Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State, and perused the Case Diary.
Considering the submissions made and keeping in view the nature of allegations made against the petitioner, it is directed that in the event the petitioner surrenders before the learned S.D.J.M., Bhadrak in G.R. Case No. 1610 of 2017, arising out of Bhadrak Rural P.S. Case No. 443 of 2017 within four weeks hence and moves for bail, he shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as the learned Magistrate may deem just and proper.
The ABLAPL is disposed of.
Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
