Considering the submissions and viewing the nature of accusations against the petitioner as well as other surrounding circumstances, it is directed that in the event petitioner surrenders before the court in seisin of the case in connection with Bhadrak Town P.S. Case No.212 of 2018 corresponding to G.R. Case No.1317 of 2018 pending on the file of the learned S.D.J.M., Bhadrak within two weeks hence and moves for her release on bail, she shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as would be deemed just and proper by the said court.
