Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned State Counsel.
Considering the submissions and viewing the nature of accusations against the petitioners as well as other surrounding circumstances, it is directed that in the event petitioners surrender before the court in seisin of the case in connection with Ramgiri P.S. Case No.24 of 2018 corresponding to G.R. Case No.82 of 2018 on the file of learned J.M.F.C., R.Udayagiri within two weeks hence and move for their release on bail, they shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as would be deemed just and proper by the said court with further condition that they shall not indulge themselves in any criminal activity.
The ABLAPL is disposed of.
