Considering the accusations made against the petitioners and keeping in view the surrounding circumstances; it is directed that in case the petitioners have not been arrested and further dealt in accordance with law; in the event of their arrest in Basudevpur P.S. Case No.186 of 2018 corresponding to G.R. Case No.360 of 2018, pending in the court of learned J.M.F.C., Basudevpur, they shall be released on bail by the arresting officer on such terms and conditions as the arresting officer may deem just and proper.
