Learned counsel for the petitioners is not present presumably, in view of the cease work call given by the Orissa High Court Bar Association.

Considering the accusations made against the petitioners and keeping in view the surrounding circumstances; it is directed that in case the petitioners have not been arrested and further dealt in accordance with law; in the event of their arrest in Brahmagiri P.S. Case No.29 of 2018 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 546 of 2018, pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M, Puri, they shall be released on bail by the arresting officer on such terms and conditions as the arresting officer may deem just and proper.
