The petitioner having been implicated in Khantapada P.S. Case No. 256 of 2018 corresponding to C.T. Case No. 1509 of 2018 on the file of learned S.D.J.M., Balasore for alleged commission of offence under sections 341/323/324/325/354-B/506/294 IPC has filed this application under section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest in the said case.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.
Considering the submissions and viewing the nature of accusations made against this petitioner as well as other surrounding circumstances, it is directed that in the event the petitioner surrenders before the court in seisin of the case within fifteen days hence, he shall be released on bail with such terms and conditions as would be deemed just and proper by the said court.
ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
