No.1475/2016. This matter was disposed of by order dated 31.3.2016 thereby directing to dispos
e of the Encroachment Proceeding as expeditiously as possible. The petitioner has no instructi
on to as sufficiency of notice involving Encroachment Case No.2992/2016.
Under the circumstance, no direction for timely disposal can be passed in the writ
petition, which thus stands dismissed. It is open to the petitioner to approach the competent
authority for early disposal of the encroachment proceeding.
